# Airtable

Connect Airtable bases with OAuth or a token. Direct record import is coming; for now, export a view as CSV and each record becomes a creative.
Kind: data. Availability: Connect only.

If your product data lives in Airtable, you can connect the base to your workspace today. Importing records straight from a base is not released yet, so export a view as a CSV and every record becomes a creative, built from your own template.

## Connect Airtable

Sign in with Airtable, or use a personal access token.

1. In your workspace, open **Integrations** from the sidebar.
2. On the **Providers** tab, find Airtable and click **Add connection**, then name the connection.
3. To sign in, stay on the **OAuth** tab, click **Continue to Airtable** and choose the bases Kalpana can read.
4. To use a token instead, open the **Personal access token** tab, paste the token and click **Connect token**.

Note: A token needs record and base-schema read scopes. Kalpana encrypts it before storing it.

## Turn your records into creatives

Export the view you want, then run it through your templates.

1. In Airtable, download the view as a CSV.
2. Open **Campaign Feeds** from the sidebar and click **Create batch** on a feed.
3. Under **Data source**, choose **CSV**, then click **Choose CSV or TSV** and pick the file.
4. Add your templates, preview the rows, then create the batch and run it.

Note: Each record becomes one row in the batch.

## FAQ

**Does Kalpana change my base?**
No. It only reads the bases and tables you allow.

**OAuth or token?**
OAuth is quickest and lets you pick bases in Airtable. A token suits teams that manage access with scoped tokens.

**Can I pick a base and table inside a batch?**
Not yet. For now, export the view as a CSV and use it as the batch data. Filter and sort the view first, and only those records become creatives.
