Your designer selects a frame and sends it. It becomes a template in your workspace, its layer names become the columns your sheet fills, and your team takes it from there: add rows, fix photos, preview and generate. Nobody else needs Figma, and nobody waits on the designer for a price change.

## What the plugin does
The Kalpana plugin runs inside Figma and Figma Buzz. Sign in once, pick a workspace, select a frame and send it as a new template, or add it as the next page of a template you already have.

## FAQ

**Does my marketing team need Figma?**
No. Only the designer uses Figma, to send frames with the plugin. Your team fills the template from a CSV or pasted rows, fixes photos, previews and generates in Kalpana.

**What happens when the design changes?**
For small changes, such as a colour, spacing or a line of copy, edit the template in Kalpana. For a new design, send the updated frame with the plugin. It arrives as a new template, or as a new page of one, and your sheet's columns are matched to its variables by name, so the same sheet fills it.

**Do I need a paid Figma plan?**
No. The Kalpana plugin works from the Figma Community on any plan that can run plugins.

**What if a font is missing?**
The plugin warns you about fonts missing in Figma before it uploads. In Kalpana, upload your brand fonts once (TTF, OTF, WOFF or WOFF2) and every template in the workspace can use them.
