## FAQ

**Do previews cost credits?**
No. Previews and validation never use credits. Credits are used only when you generate and a creative finishes, and a row that fails costs nothing.

**Will the final file match the preview?**
Yes. The preview and the final file come from the same rendering engine with the same row data, fonts and images.

**How many rows can a batch have?**
Each plan sets a jobs-per-batch limit, where one rendered output is one job, so 200 products across four templates is 800 jobs. Larger runs are split into several batches, and you can ask for a higher limit. See pricing for every tier.
